The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay at this hotel. First, the towels provided were in poor condition and not replaced despite multiple requests.

The hotel did offer a key location, just a few steps away from the city center. the room was spacious, which was a plus. that's about as good as it gets.
The experience was a complete letdown. the towels were in extremely bad condition, and despite repeated requests, no clean ones were given.
